TREATMENT DESCRIPTION
An initial 2hr consultation in which we discuss your health past and present, lifestyle and goals. This will enable us to pinpoint the specific area that may need support.
During our 1-2-1 sessions we will work towards understanding your mind and how your body works and discover practices, exercise and food that nourish you in everyday life. I will regularly share educational content that explains health and nutrition concepts and the possible underlying causes of your symptoms in an accessible way.
I will support you every step of the way in achieving your health and wellness goals. My aim is to guide and empower you to put the power back in your hands.
Together we will set goals, you’ll then apply what we have discussed between sessions adopting new routines and habits trying new foods managing stress and building a healthy mindset improving your health and happiness. Learn how to start listening to the body, I will guide you to experience how your body is meant to feel by going back to basics and eating real food. Your health is in your hands.

I wasn’t 100 percent sure about the role of a health coach before I started the sessions with Angela, but what I did know was that I needed to regain some confidence by loosing the extra lockdown pounds and ultimately change my attitude and mindset towards food for good.

I wasn’t sure if health coaching was the right path, but was in a place where I needed to do something. It was the best decision I have ever made. I’ve always considered myself to be reasonably healthy, I love exercise and thought my diet was healthy enough (most of the time). I have used calorie counting apps in the past to help shift any extra weight and it has worked to an extent. But as with all restrictive diets it just isn’t sustainable. I wanted to get to a place where eating good and healthy food was ‘normal’ all the time.
My goal was to ditch the calorie counting by learning to eat the right foods in the right quantities at the right time to lose weight, regain confidence and ultimately feel lean, fit, healthy and have lots of energy. Angela has absolutely put me on that path.
She has provided perfect guidance with small changes to my eating and drinking habits that have resulted in incredible mental and physical results. My relationship with food has changed completely. The phrase ‘fuel & train rather than diet & exercise’ pretty much sums it up. I am now fuelling my body and not scared of calories at all. Food has become exciting rather than causing guilt or stress.
Angela has given me lots of help with new recipes and training ideas. I cannot thank her enough. Everything I knew I needed Angela has provided and more on top, plus the bonus of losing a stone in weight. If you are considering health coaching I can’t recommend Angela enough, go for it!
